Skills / Experience Required

• National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Checks (ANACI) required
• DoD 8570 IAT-I baseline certification required:
• A CE
  CCNA-Security
  CND
  Network CE
  SSCP
• Experience with Citrix, Dameware, Active Directory, Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, iPhone, and remote desktop is preferred
• Computing Environment (CE) certification within 6 months of hire (i.e.) Microsoft IT Certified Professional (ex. Windows 7 or 10), will be company provided
• Proficient in organizational skills, adept at prioritization, and consistently meeting deadlines with precision
• Skilled in distilling complex technical information into easily understandable concepts for diverse audiences
• Demonstrates exceptional critical thinking abilities and adept problem-solving skills to tackle various IT challenges effectively
• Highly motivated self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision, consistently delivering results
• Proactively identifies and implements preventive measures to anticipate and mitigate potential IT issues, emphasizing a proactive approach over reactive responses
• Exhibits clear and articulate verbal and written communication skills, ensuring seamless interaction with colleagues and clients alike

Education / Certifications

• Associate degree or equivalent educational background
• Alternatively, demonstrated 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an IT/help desk capacity or within customer service, serving as a valuable substitute for formal education requirements

Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen. A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.

Physical Requirements

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
