The ideal candidate for this position:

• Has experience working in customer service and/or the food service industry

• - Has a reputation for giving great service to guests and coworkers
• - Is enthusiastic about sharing our Aloha Spirit with our guests
• - Can maintain a pleasant smile and demeanor throughout the shift
• - Can handle multiple tasks at one time
• - Is self motivated, especially under pressure
• - Communicates Aloha in person and over the phone
• - Has good problem solving skills

Performance Expectations:

• - Makes eye contact and greets guests with Aloha and enthusiasm
• - Treats customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
• - Controls the window and maintains our food standard
• - Can lift and carry up to 20 pounds
• - Can communicate effectively to both customers and co-workers during busy periods
• - Coordinates delivery of food to guests maintaining and communicating for accuracy of orders/sequence
• - Communicates to supervisors when help is needed to maintain customer service
• - Is knowledgeable of the menu and able to answer guest's questions
• - Helps servers bus tables as needed, when able
• - Positively responds to requests for assistance from co-workers and guests
• - Remains within viewing of the food window throughout shift
• - Is able to prioritize hot food delivery over all else
• - Takes initiative to help in any area of the restaurant when slow
• - Completes side work in a timely manner
