Responsibilities
  • Fully own employee referral and other recruitment incentive programs.
  • Monitors and tracks effectiveness of hiring effort to new employee work initiation. Make recommendations and implements new tools and techniques to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and ensure we are meeting our recruiting and hiring goals with quality candidates.
  • Work closely with our Scheduling Team, Experience Managers, Operations Manager, and Clinical Team to determine current needs for recruiting.
  • Review applicant sites to ensure all candidates are contacted immediately and appropriate follow up is made (Hireology, Indeed, MyCNAJobs, Facebook). Keep applicant status up to date.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using online databases, social media, and in person through job fairs, university visits, etc.
  • Keep online databases up to date with open job listings, refreshing as needed.
  • Work closely with Credentialing to gather new hire materials and ensure candidates are scheduled for orientation in a timely manner.
  • Works with hiring managers to create and update job descriptions for postings.
  • Act as liaison between employees and administrative staff.
  • Conduct employee touch-points at designated intervals. Provide additional touchpoints and support to new hires the first 90 days to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Educate and coach field personnel/care-giving staff.
  • Oversee the maintenance of employee performance records, statistics, reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting of organization activities.
  • Coordinate with Client Experience Managers and Clinical and Scheduiling to ensure that client and caregiver requests are regularly reviewed, placing an emphasis on creating high quality matches and extraordinary relationships
  • Maintain and/or develop and implement employee reward and recognition programs
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase employee engagement
  • Help plan and successfully execute employee events, meetings, and in-service trainings
  • All other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • A bachelors degree is required or equivalent experience with a high school diploma
  • Experience with recruiting, healthcare recruiting a plus.
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully.
  • One to two years of human resources experience required; one to two years of recruiting experience preferred.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
