Description
The Cheba Hut Assistant General Manager role has been split into two AGM opportunities. One AGM will assist in the product operations and one AGM will assist in the people operations. Each AGM will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in each of the four operational areas of responsibility including: People, Product, Bar, and Marketing. Each AGM will have ownership of some or all of the areas of responsibility depending on the needs of the GM and the business. Each AGM will spend up 6 months in each AGM role: Product AGM and People AGM.
The Assistant General Manager will report to the General Manager, District Manager, and Ownership group. They will be responsible for upholding expectations of the crew and product, while curating a motivating work environment and positive customer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The AGM's will supervise the crew, trainers, bartenders, shift leaders, and bar manager.
