```Duties```
- Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the property
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- LEASE-UP ,High Rise experience a plus
- Assist with the leasing process, including screening applicants, preparing lease agreements, and collecting rent payments
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and tenant interactions
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner
- Assist with marketing efforts to attract new tenants, including creating advertisements and managing online listings
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the property
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and property management principles
- Familiarity with leasing software such as Entrada is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally and efficiently
- Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting the property to potential tenants
