MyUS.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and oversee all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Our ideal candidate will be a proven initiative-taker with strong attention to detail and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Position is located on-site in Sarasota, FL office.

WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE TO THIS ROLE?

  • Full cycle recruitment to include screening applicants, setting interviews, extending offers of employment, and gathering pre-hire assessments and screenings
  • Conduct on boarding and orientation for new hires and internal promotions
  • Maintain ATS and HRIS systems/electronic files for new hires and internal promotions
  • Conduct open requisition meetings with hiring managers
  • Prepare and update new hire documents, job descriptions, and performance expectations
  • Coordinate on-site hiring events/job fairs
  • Cultivate and grow relationships and partnerships with local schools and organizations
  • Promote open requisitions via social media outlets
  • Track new hire and internal promotion milestones
  • Ad-hoc reporting for the HR department as requested
  • Special projects and other responsibilities may be determined and assigned by Management

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES DO YOU NEED?

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 2 years’ expansive recruiting experience in both exempt and non-exempt roles
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel reporting abilities
  • Experience with logistics, warehouse, and/or manufacturing highly desired, but not required
  • Maintains employer and employee confidentiality; protects sensitive information
  • Exude exemplary customer service skills and uphold company core values
