SCHEDULE: Part-time; 24 hours per week; Works three 8-hour shifts with times ranging between 6:00 am - 7:00 pm. May work extra days as needed. Every third weekend and rotating holidays.

Performs a variety of food service tasks to ensure deliverance of meals/food for patients, cafeteria and special meetings throughout the health system. He/she adheres to the mission of Myrtue Medical Center in all aspects of job performance.

One year of food service experience is desirable, but not required. Must have a general knowledge of cooking and using kitchen machines and equipment. Completion of high school or equivalent preferred.

Sets up cafeteria for breaks, meals and meetings; serves customers; runs cash register; washes dishes, pots and pans; stock supplies; cleans; delivers patient trays to floor; assists in preparation of food; Prepares, serves and delivers food as needed; may assemble patient trays; helps maintain salad bar throughout cafeteria meal services; maintains records; other general duties as assigned.
