Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to help drive our company's success. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying qualified candidates, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

2. Source and attract candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.

4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, both virtual and in-person, between candidates and hiring teams.

5. Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing information about the company, role, and next steps.

6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

7. Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

9. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition.

10. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in [insert industry].

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

4. Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
