Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire onboarding process for new reps/employees, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company. This role requires strong relationship management skills.

Duties:
- Develop and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new employees receive a comprehensive orientation and are set up for success
- Coordinate with hiring managers to gather necessary paperwork and information for new hires
- Conduct new hire orientations and provide information on company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Facilitate training sessions for new employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, answering any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor the progress of new hires during their probationary period and provide feedback to management
- Maintain accurate records of employee onboarding activities

Skills:
- Strong relationship management skills to effectively communicate with new hires, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the onboarding process
