What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Specialist? You’ll be :
- Promptly and professionally respond to all inbound customer calls and inquiries
- Processing customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Departments with new product launches
- Managing customer returns including product pickup and reimbursements
- Working directly with Logistics to track and expedite orders
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, General Business or a Communications related field
- Have 2 years experience working in a professional service related industry
- Have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role and knowledge of SAP or other inventory management systems
- Are capable of working in a fast-paced environment, navigating through multiple systems and multitasking
