Overview:

Our functional medicine private practice is seeking to fill multiple front desk positions, both morning (7:45am-2:15pm) and afternoon (1:45-close...usually 7:30pm) shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role or similar position
- Proficiency in using medical terminology
- Familiarity with Epic or eClinicalWorks systems is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
