Job Overview: Performs professional level duties related to Human Resources, including responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, temporary workers, recruitment, compliance, events/recognition, employment files, compile reports, data entry, and exceptional customer service to the employee population. Duties and Responsibilities Work with employees and management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standardsand government regulations. Ensures legal and ethical compliance with state and federallaws. Conduct recruitmentand onboardingof open positions including but not limited to maintainingaccurateand timelyjob postings, perform new hire screening, pre-boarding,on-boarding and new hire orientation. Responsible for completion and accuracy of personnel files, including I-9s, conducts audits as needed. Coordinate employeeengagement andrecognition programs and events. Assist in development and evaluation of reportsandrecordingdata as needed. Assistwith invoicing as needed. May be assigned to oversee HR administration functions such as leave management, payroll administration, absenteeism tracking, etc.Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned or reassigned at any time. Qualifications 1 year of experience in Human Resources administration, requiredGeneral knowledge of HR laws, practices and policies requiredExcellent communication skill, including written and verbalExcellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointGeneral knowledge of HRIS systems Able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism Ability of multi-task, communicate progress and meet deadlines Abel to work in a team environmentManufacturing experience preferred Working Conditions The work environment characteristics described herein are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
