Reports To: General Manager

Position Overview: As the Warehouse and Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and organization of our warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse, overseeing inventory management, and performing routine property maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Unloading trucks and inspecting incoming inventory for damage and accuracy
• Properly marking and organizing materials for easy retrieval
• Preparing materials for jobs, including cutting carpet and other surfaces
• Monitoring inventory levels and notifying the scheduler of any discrepancies or shortages
• Conducting semi-annual physical inventory counts and notifying purchasing of material needs in advance
• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of warehouse premises, including mowing lawns, changing filters, and removing debris
• Assisting with material deliveries when necessary

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field
• Proficiency in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to efficiency
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
• Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to lift heavy objects (over 50 lbs)

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $20 to $25 per hour based on experience
• 401k with company contribution after 6 months of employment

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
• Rotating Saturday every 3rd week
