Property Maintenance Technician II has vast knowledge and experience in the field of property maintenance, especially multi-housing, and therefore has the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of the premises with little or no supervision. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, basic plumbing, and electrical tasks, basic drywall and patching, and cleaning. The Maintenance Technician II is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. This individual can and will often work autonomously, but also be part of a team. They must observe all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition and ensure a level of pride felt by the staff and community members alike. This individual will, from time-to-time perform occupied inspections alongside either the Property or Assistant Property Manager.
Hourly rate will be dependent upon experience.
