- Location: Mansfield, MA
- Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Salary: $800 to $1,000 Weekly, depending on experience
- Manage pizzeria operations efficiently while maintaining superior customer service.
- Act as a coach and mentor during shifts, upholding brand standards and ensuring operational excellence.
- Train, educate, and motivate team members to provide a high-quality customer experience.
- Coach assistant managers and supervisors in people management activities.
- Oversee recruitment, utilizing available tools for candidate selection.
- Monitor customer loyalty through various platforms including POS reports and Customer Care Centre interactions.
- Manage cleaning and maintenance schedules.
- Maximize sales and profits, while ensuring cost control, financial accounting, and efficient labor management.
- Dispatch orders for timely delivery.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
- Participate in community events to build brand awareness.
- And, of course, make great pizza!
- High School Diploma/GED or College Diploma.
- 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Prior experience in the fast-food service industry is an asset.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills coupled with the ability to coach and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts is mandatory.
- Interaction with all team members, management, vendors, and customers is part of the job.
- Overtime may be required based on business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
