About the Position
The Pickleball Facility Member Services Team Member is responsible for providing a large, diversified clientele with outstanding customer service by performing day-to-day member service operations.
This role is primarily responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to existing and potential members to effect retention and new membership sales.
This position is a part of our Member Services Department reporting to the Member Services Manager.
