About our Internship Program:

Mutual of America’s Internship Program provides college students with hands-on corporate experience working with meaningful projects and assignments. Throughout the 8-week program, interns will not only have direct guidance from experienced leaders in their assigned departments, but they will also have the opportunity to attend training classes and planned events with other interns.

Responsibilities:

As an Intern, you will be placed in our corporate headquarters based out of New York City.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Collaborating and contributing on projects and initiatives led by the division/department leaders.
2. Performing daily tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the department managers.
3. Assisting department as needed.
4. Attending and participating in Intern Training Classes throughout the program.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for students who are eager to start their careers and ready to engage with a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have an interest in the Financial Services industry and meet the following minimum requirements:

1. Must be a full-time student enrolled at a college/university working towards a bachelor’s degree; preferably entering Junior or Senior year
2. Must have the ability to work full-time for the duration of the 8-week program

What We Offer:

In addition to the vast experience interns will gain during the Internship Program, we also offer the following:

• Base pay of approximately $16.00 per hour
• 2 paid sick days
