As an Associate at Castle Park Investments, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate private equity investment team. Key Responsibilities:

• Niche Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis, due diligence, and market research to evaluate potential investment opportunities in manufactured housing communities, RV resorts, and campgrounds. Prepare comprehensive financial models, cash flow projections, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
• Deal Origination and Sourcing: Collaborate with the deal origination team to identify and assess new investment prospects. Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and key industry stakeholders within the manufactured housing, RV resort, and campground sectors.
• Underwriting and Due Diligence: Assist in the underwriting of potential deals, including property valuations, debt structure analysis, and determining risk-adjusted returns. Coordinate the due diligence process, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
• Portfolio Management: Support the ongoing management of Castle Park's existing real estate portfolio, including performance monitoring, identifying optimization opportunities, and addressing asset-specific issues.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Deliver clear and concise updates on investment performance and progress, especially in the context of the joint venture.
