Mutrux Firm Injury Lawyers is Hiring an Associate Attorney Near Columbia, MO

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Represent clients in court and litigate cases
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Assist with legal administrative tasks as needed

Skills:
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Strong litigation skills, including the ability to represent clients in court
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively advocate for clients
- Experience in legal drafting, including writing pleadings, motions, and contracts
- Knowledge of legal research methods and resources
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously

Please note that this position requires a law degree and admission to the bar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
