Central Connecticut's largest private music school is looking for a part time (full time option for the right person) front desk staff.
No music education experience necessary but knowledge of instruments is beneficial. We prefer candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, sales / retail, banking, medical, catering, hosting, any fast paced customer service experience.
The perfect candidate is someone who loves working with kids, and families ages 5 to 95.
Must have reliable transportation, able to stand 4 hours, capable of working solo or with one other team member.
The job involves onboarding new students, constant communication by phone, email and text to over 300 students and 30 staff members.
Expert level knowledge of Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets), very good with all forms of social media.
Golden Voice" for phone and a knack for clear concise writing.
Duties Include : Daily Scheduling
Daily Scheduling
Cleaning
Answering Phone, emails and texts
Greeting Customers
Ringing transactions
Daily upkeep of spreadsheets, calendars, social media accounts
Ongoing marketing for new / emerging programs
