Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representatives:
- Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable
- Excellent communicaton skills: Written, Verbal, and Listening
- Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must be motivated and determined
Responsibilties for the Insurance Sales Representatives:
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
- Communicating with leads
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
- Understanding client needs
- Explaining the benefits of our services
- Ability to achieve high sales goals
- Having fun while being a part of a team
