HR Generalist

- On-site (after establishing opportunity to work remote 1-2 days per week)
Industry : Semiconductor
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000 annually
You bring :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills and PowerPoint highly desired
- Payroll processing on ADP Workforce NOW required
Role : As the HR Generalist you will be responsible for managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
You will report directly to the HR Manager. The ideal candidate is customer-service focused, proactive, and has a passion for people.
