MTI is Hiring an Assembler (FT) Near Muskego, WI
POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Identify and pull components from inventory
- Prepare components for assembly by inspecting cleaning and deburring
- Assemble components for conformance to quality specifications.
- Document inspection results
- Package assemblies and/or components for shipping
- Follow and maintain 5S directives including cleanliness and organization or workstation.
REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED Experience:
- Completion of rigorous training programs issued by MTI
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of assembly experience
- Attention to detail
- Fine motor skills
