Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of retail operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team, including training and coaching
- Monitor sales activities and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
- Assist in managing customer relationships and resolving any issues or concerns
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a focus on achieving targets
- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to analyze sales data
