Summary of Position:

As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified appointments for our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound calls to potential clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to engage prospects and schedule appointments. In addition, you will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and appointments in the CRM system. Collaboration with the sales team is key, as you will ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.

Key Qualities:

● Schedule: 10:30a-7p and able to work some Saturdays

● Outreach Expertise: Utilize your skills in cold calling, cold emailing, and social media outreach to connect with potential prospects and expand our network.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in outbound calling or appointment setting

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

● Ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone

● Excellent organizational and time management skills

● Self-motivated and results-oriented

● Familiarity with CRM systems
