MSB Sogeclair is seeking an Engineering Services Sales Manager for our Wichita office. This position will develop and secure long-lasting client relationships as well as work with business leaders on growth objectives.   • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
  • Knowledge of the various engineering services used in Aerospace
  • Proven sales experience of engineering services & personnel contracts
  • A minimum of 2 years in sales, with a proven track record for growth
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written, additional languages, such as French would be an asset
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM software
  • A hunter sales profile and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
