Job Title: Director of Business Management

MRM is seeking a Director of Business Management. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills, who strives to lead in the Operations practice.

Our ideal candidate will cultivate a positive and collaborative working environment and partner closely with Business Leadership, Finance, and Project Management team members. This role engages with network partners, clients, and senior leadership. This role requires the candidate to have an expert ability to work independently while identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems. This role also requires expert decision-making skills and the ability to communicate confidently and persuasively with team members across all areas of the agency and network. Finally, the ideal candidate will possess expert management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Suggest improvements for efficiency gaps or unnecessary costs, including recommendations on levels and functions aligning talent to task

Qualifications:

• Expert business management skills and experience including:
  • Estimate development, tracking and forecasting project fees and costs
  • Contribute to Project Scope of Work documents and audit all Scopes on allocated accounts
  • Reconciling project or program fees and costs for client review across Accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience desired.
• Master's degree in related is a plus.
• 8-10 years total business management experience in one or more of the following fields: operations, digital technology or web development firm, IT consulting firm or strategy consulting firm.
• 3-5 years of business management experience spent managing teams or direct reports
• Experience in an agency environment, or equivalent client-side experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
