Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution, including client intake, investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and conducting negotiations.
• Develop and implement strategic legal approaches tailored to each case, leveraging deep knowledge of tort law and precedents to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing compassionate support, clear communication, and expert legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings, including hearings, motions practice, and trials, effectively advocating for their rights and interests.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, potential clients, and professional networks to generate new business opportunities and expand the firm's clientele.
• Stay abreast of legal developments, trends, and best practices in personal injury law through ongoing professional development, seminars, and industry publications.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• 6-10 years of progressively responsible experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Strong litigation skills, including courtroom experience and a demonstrated ability to handle complex legal matters independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and case management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
