CAD Designer

• Create detailed CAD drawings for land development projects including subdivisions, townhomes, restaurants, banks, and standalone businesses.
• Utilize Civil 3D software to design grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and sewer systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather data for design purposes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Assist in the review and approval process with regulatory agencies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices related to land development and CAD design.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and coordination efforts.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software, specifically Civil 3D, with a strong understanding of grading, erosion control, stormwater management, and sewer design.
• Experience working on residential and/or commercial land development projects is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and codes governing land development projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
