Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of crushers within the facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all equipment and systems, as well as managing a team of maintenance technicians. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks
- Oversee the implementation of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities align with production goals and minimize disruptions
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and safety inspections
- Develop and manage the department budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology to continuously improve processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of maintenance of Crushers
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and logically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
