Position Overview

This position will report directly to the VP of Operations, who has been with the company for multiple decades and is eager to share knowledge with you and provide mentorship.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a small warehouse environment at our sole facility and lead a small team of direct reports.

Your primary responsibilities will include oversight of shipping and receiving, material handling, transport of materials from warehouse to production, and inventory management.

This is a dynamic position that will entail a wide variety of duties and collaboration with teams across National Power, such as production, supply chain, sales, and office staff. Frequent communications are also involved with customers and vendors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse environment; including logistics and distribution
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience with forklifts and electric pallet jack preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with employees, management, customers, and vendors
• Aptitude for continuous improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel software, UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager software and experience with warehouse management software
