Agrisolutions – Process Engineer

As a Process Engineer at Agrisolutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong Engineering team pushing towards continued innovation in agricultural manufacturing.

In this position, a heavy focus will be on structuring and streamlining via programs like machine metrics, PM schedules for equipment. As well as conducting various time studies on our new and developing lines. 

Knowledge:

Four Year degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with at least a year of lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Work Context

• Plan, develop and implement a full digital PM program utilizing our FIXX software platform
• Get hands on experience with fanuc robotics system programming and troubleshooting
• Be a champion of equipment efficiency, reporting, action planning and teamwork to hit world class levels of OEE
• Lead capital projects, from design, spend plans to installation in our Rock Island facility
• Share ideas and concepts of improvements with our global production and engineering teams
• Become a powerBI superuser and SCADA system design influencer and champion
• Strong problem-solving skills, accompanied by perseverance and patience are strongly desired.
