is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our already leading team. 

You will receive solid training, continuous development, and a tech-centric, paperless platform. Allowing opportunities for professional growth and promotion within the company.

The Facilities Technician is based ON-SITE in downtown Milwaukee, WI. Work hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday – Friday with a rotating on-call schedule.

$20-$27 per hour – depending on certifications and experience

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the efficiencies and upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, diagnosing work order requests, and making repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry walling, exterior structural, cleaning and appliance.

Facilities Technician Duties:

• Perform all on-site maintenance service
• Manage work orders timely and with effective team communication
• Be available to work on an on-call basis, including some weekends and nights.
• Maintain all aspects of the property per Mandel Group Standards and requirements.
• Groundskeeping duties - including trash removal and cleaning vacant units.

Recommended but not required:

• EPA Universal or type 1 and 2 certifications
• 1-3 years of maintenance/HVAC experience
