- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth
- Conduct data research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee and develop a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster professional growth and development.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Develop content, menu design and graphics that is consistent, but highlights each restaurant’s unique brand.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
- At least five years of experience in marketing and long-range planning required.
- Experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Experience in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva preferred.
