MRA (The Management Association) is seeking a Marketing Director . Work with the VP of Member Engagement and Marketing to develop and execute an omnichannel marketing strategy that integrates marketing and membership initiatives across all departments/regions.

As a Marketing Director at MRA, you get to:

• Lead a team that executes marketing, branding, and public relations strategies.
• Develop impactful marketing campaigns across services and channels.
• Prioritize, manage, and execute projects aligned to MRA's financial objectives.
• Collaboratively develop a content management strategy and calendar.
• Provide a vision and roadmap for emerging marketing technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 8 years marketing experience in agency, B2B, non-profit, or professional services sector.
• Supervisory experience.
• Profit and loss responsibility with cost center management.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, and HTML skills.
