The Field Sales Consultant is key member of our team, acquiring and retaining plumbing customer relationships in commercial and residential environments. In this role you must be committed to exemplifying our code of values and ethics, showing respect and courtesy to all customers.

Ideally you have prior experience in the plumbing industry, but we are willing to train. Successful candidates must be have proven communication skills allowing them to be just as effective with the technicians who perform the work as they are with the customer. Our sales consultants are also extremely detail oriented to ensure jobs are set up correctly for the crews to complete. And of course, since this is a sales role... you need to be self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.

Daily Expectations:

• Arriving to customer appointments on time
• Perform appropriate diagnostic procedures using industry standard equipment
• Provide and explain multiple solutions to customer problems
• Follow up within 24 hours on customer estimates not closed
• Confirm all estimates and job markings follow Mr. Rooter guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Licensed or possessing prior verifiable plumbing experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to operate basic hand tools necessary for the craft
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Ability to work variable schedule including weekends
