Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Retail Salesperson to join our team. As a Bilingual Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in multiple languages, and have experience in technical sales.
Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
- Utilize retail math skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain stock levels and ensure products are properly displayed
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the wireless industry
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Technical knowledge and ability to explain complex products in a simple manner
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the store clean and organized
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
