Mpourium is Hiring a Service team leader Near Greenville, NC
We're seeking a personable and experienced Team Leader at MPourium. The ideal candidate will have a profound love for people and craft beer paired with food.
Having a solid background in the restaurant industry, you will team with us to create a fun, high-quality experience for our patrons.
As a Team Leader you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving our mission forward.
Compensation :
$15 - $20 hourly tips
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tap room and kitchen, ensuring excellence in customer experience and quality of food and beer.
- Lead, train, and inspire staff to deliver outstanding service, embodying the MPourium culture and values.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining ServSafe Manager certification standards.
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships to ensure the best selection of craft beers and ingredients for our food menu.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of craft beer trends, brewing processes, and the MPourium beer selection to educate staff and patrons.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a team leader in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Passion for craft beer and familiarity with the craft beer industry.
- Must possess a current ServSafe Manager certification.
- Strong people skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
