Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing an end-to-end content strategy aligned with the customer journey. Reporting directly to the VP of Communication and Engagement, you will have the opportunity to lead the creation and delivery of content across diverse marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Journey-Centric Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the various stages of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for their audience.
  • Effective Storytelling: Leverage strong editorial and storytelling skills to transform complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate across multiple audiences.
  • Multichannel Distribution: Plan and execute the distribution of content across multiple marketing channels, including but not limited to digital platforms, social media, email campaigns, and events.
  • CRM-Driven Email Strategy: Develop and implement targeted email marketing strategies using CRM insights to enhance customer engagement at every stage of the lifecycle.
  • Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage CRM data to segment audiences effectively, ensuring personalized and relevant email content that resonates with diverse customer segments.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns, including onboarding, nurturing sequences, and retention strategies, to maximize customer value.
  • Analytics and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate strategies to continuously optimize email marketing efforts for improved results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on email marketing and CRM-driven campaigns.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools for segmentation, automation, and reporting.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Familiarity with various marketing channels and a track record of successful multichannel content distribution.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Innovative mindset and a self-starter who thrives in a startup atmosphere.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights
