Social Worker (Short -Term Rehab) - Full-time 40 hrs.
Provides casework and counseling services to Residents and their families.
Experienced with skilled nursing (Short -Term Rehab)
Master's degree in social work preferred.
1-3 years clinical experience with the elderly population preferably in a Short-Term care setting.
