Commercial Outdoor Specialists is seeking a Landscape Director for its Mid-Missouri operations. COS currently services over 1000 clients annually for a wide array of outdoor services, but we are looking for someone with the right landscaping background to lead our team of three landscape crews. The perfect candidate would have a robust resume including in-field experience as well as formal training in landscape design and design software.

Job duties include:

-Working with the office manager to coordinate, schedule and complete meetings with clients

-Writing, sending and managing landscape bids for work including hardscaping, landscape maintenance, landscape design, irrigation, mulch/rock installation, drainage, etc.

-Briefing and managing crews as they complete locked jobs

The position would be either hourly or salary depending on the realm of experience the candidate has and benefits are available.

Candidates fluent in Spanish are preferred.
