The Role : We're searching for a driven and experienced Director of Operations to oversee operations across multiple locations within our diverse restaurant portfolio.
This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and team development align with our company's high standards and ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Leadership : Oversee the management of several restaurant locations, ensuring each operates efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with our brand standards.
- Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor General Managers and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management : Monitor and improve financial performance through revenue enhancement strategies and cost control measures.
Prepare and review financial reports, setting and achieving ambitious but achievable targets.
- Customer Satisfaction : Uphold exceptional levels of customer service and dining experience. Address and resolve any issues that may impact the guest experience.
- Compliance and Standards : Ensure all restaurants comply with health, safety, and legal regulations. Implement and maintain quality and service standards to uphold the group's reputation.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies for growth, operational efficiency, and brand expansion.
Qualifications :
- At least 5 years of management experience in a multi-unit leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
