Primary Purpose

Perform installations, maintenance and repair work on any computer related equipment from laptops, desktops, communications equipment (digital & IP phones), tablets (ex. iPad’s), smart phones (ex. iPhone’s), printers, local area networks, any piece of computer related peripheral or software for end users. Respond to maintenance tickets. Provide a high level of customer service to the end user.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

1. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
2. Oversee the daily performance of computer systems.
3. Set up equipment for employee use, performing or insuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
4. Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
5. Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. 

Qualifications

• Related On-the-Job Training/Vocational School or Associate's Degree.
• 1-year related work experience with Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook email client.
• Basic understanding of PC and network hardware.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
