Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient processes. This is a key role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- On board new employees and maintain employee records
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Use QuickBooks for invoicing customers, receiving payments, processing payroll
- Prepare monthly financial statements, forecasting and efficiency reports
Skills:
- Working independently with little guidance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in file management and maintaining accurate records
- Experience in office management or related administrative roles
- Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
