with hospice staff members and other facilities as needed to coordinate
optimal
care and use of resources for patient / family members
- Provide
direct
nursing and supportive
care
for the terminally ill patient

- Weekend Rotation
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- BLS
Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
