Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice Homecare On Call for After Hours

An Excellent Opportunity

• Responds to calls from patients, families, caregivers
• Provide direct nursing and supportive care for the terminally ill patient
• Perform late day admissions and tuck-in visits.
• Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition

• In this position you will be on-call during the scheduled hours, and be available to visit patients just in case there is urgent physical and/or psycho-social issues during after regular business hours.
  • 7a - 7p, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

• Valid Registered Nurse License
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
