Responsibilities: Job Title: Customer Service Technician (CST).
As a Customer Service Technician (CST) at MRES, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing installation, maintenance, and support for our diverse range of products. Working both in our shop and at customer sites throughout the Western US, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of Automated Lubrication Systems, Safety Systems, and Maintenance Products. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Installation and Maintenace:
· Install and maintain Automated Lubrication Systems, Active and Passive Safety Systems, and Maintenance Products on various types of heavy equipment and machinery.
· Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
2. Customer Support:
· Interact with customers professionally and courteously, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
· Provide technical guidance and assistance to customers regarding the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products.
3. Safety and Compliance:
· Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including MSHA, OSHA, DOT, and company specific guidelines.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards during installations and service operations.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
· Complete all necessary paperwork, including service reports, work orders, and documentation of parts used.
· Maintain accurate records of service activities and equipment maintenance history.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
· Previous experience in technical or mechanical field preferred.
· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel and work in various environmental conditions.
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (for those issued a company vehicles).
