Journeyman Commercial HVAC/R Technician Qualifications:

• 5 years in commercial service required.
• EPA certification required.
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Must be professional and have exceptional communication skills.

Pay:

• $38-$50 per hour depending on experience.

Work Duties:

• Perform HVAC troubleshooting.
• Installation
• Commissioning
• Preventative maintenance
• Assist controls department in troubleshooting building automation.

• Knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Systems with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Refrigerant license

• Motor Vehicle Record must be in good standing as the candidate will need to drive a company-provided service vehicle
