Responsibilities

· Process accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently using accounting software.

· Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure timely payments.

· Researching and resolving account discrepancies.

· Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues related to accounts receivable.

· Maintain documentation and records of all accounts receivable activities.

· Assist in preparing financial reports and statements related to accounts receivable.

· Utilize office experience to communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts.

· Adhere to accounting standards and procedures while performing accounts receivable tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Accounts Receivable processing and reconciliation.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an office environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
