• Lead, supervise, direct, coach, and counsel office staff. Defuse difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Support the annual budget process and related quarterly forecasts by working with all departments to forecast, track and communicate accurately all operating costs.
• Responsible for maintenance of chart of accounts, implement a system of controls over accounting transactions and lead accurate and timely monthly, and year end close.

• Responsible for the treasury function of the company. System Administrator for company bank and credit card merchant services and online portal.
• Key person for the company’s annual external audit and reviews including yearly review with CPA, Sales Tax, and other various audits.
• Responsible to schedule all quarterly estimated tax payments in multiple jurisdictions. Prepare various tax returns necessary for compliance with other tax laws.
• Manage banking relationships.
• Lead the HR responsibility with Sr Accountant. in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include preparing payroll for payroll service, maintaining individual personnel records; ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
• Prepare and maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals and reporting on such goals.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
